"Loyalty program is decent but could be better"
I joined the Flanigan's loyalty program since I’m there regularly, and it’s nice to get a little something back. The rewards are okay, but they seem to take a while to add up and sometimes I’m not totally sure what I’m actually earning
The website usually works fine, but it feels a bit clunky when I’m using it on my phone. It’s not terrible, I just wish checking my points and current offers was quicker and easier

"Order was wrong again"
I don’t know why this keeps happening, but my order from flanigans.net was messed up again. Half the stuff wasn’t right, I got the wrong side and no sauce, even though I put it in the notes. The food itself was okay, but it’s frustrating when the order isn’t accurate

I only went once, but based on that visit, the menu seemed really limited. It felt like the same few things kept showing up, and I was hoping for more variety. Maybe that’s just how they do things, but I got bored with the options quickly.

The wait was way longer than it said. Barely any updates. Just sat there wondering what was happening.
I get that places get busy, but this was annoying. Food might be fine. Still not worth the wait. Probably won’t use it again.

"Manager never got back to me"
I had a problem with my order and asked to speak with a manager. They told me someone would call me back, but I never heard anything. I followed up later and still didn’t get a clear answer. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but it really felt like I was just being ignored, and that’s frustrating. I don’t think I’d use flanigans.net again after that.

"Parking was a mess"
I checked Flanigan's before heading to Flanigans and thought it would be straightforward, but the parking was a nightmare. The lot was packed, cars were just circling around waiting for someone to leave, and on top of that I felt like I kept having to verify things over and over, which got old really fast.
I finally gave up and parked way farther away than I wanted to, then had to walk over after an already long day. The food might be decent, but between the awful parking and the repeated verification hassle, it really put me in a bad mood. not worth dealing with

"Way too slow for no reason"
The service was painfully slow. We waited forever just to get seated, then sat around even longer before anyone bothered to take our order. The food took ages too, and the frustrating part is the place wasn’t even that busy. Not sure who dropped the ball, but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

It’s an okay spot to bring the family, and I did appreciate that the menu had some easy options my kids would actually eat. The staff seemed nice, but we felt kind of ignored at times, especially while waiting. It was also loud, which made things harder with little kids. Not terrible, just a little hit or miss for us

I went in expecting a normal visit, but the staff made it feel like we were annoying them just by being there. They gave short answers, barely smiled, and came off rude the whole time. The food was just okay, nothing special, but the attitude really put me off. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive and started to feel pushy instead of helpful. Not really a place I’d be excited to go back to

"Good, but not quite filling"
The food was fine, but reading between the lines, the portions were a little smaller than I expected. I didn’t leave upset or anything, just still kind of hungry afterward, which isn’t really what you hope for when you go out to eat.

Ordered from flanigans.net and it was meh. The fries showed up soggy, the burger didn’t have much flavor, and the whole order kinda felt like it had been sitting around a bit too long. Not like, the worst meal ever or anything, but yeah... I probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon...

"Decent food, but the place felt a bit off"
The food was okay, nothing amazing but totally edible. I was actually thinking it might be a decent little spot, and then I touched the table. It was sticky, and the bathroom looked like it really needed some attention. Not the worst place I’ve been to, but i expected it to feel cleaner.

"Not Worth the Price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. And having to explain the same issue over and over just made the whole experience more frustrating. For the price, I expected a lot better

"Way too loud and no follow-up"
The place was just way too loud inside. It felt crowded, the tables were sticky, and the whole vibe was more stressful than enjoyable. I also mentioned my concerns afterward and never got any follow-up, which was disappointing...

"I tried placing an order through Flanigan's and..."
I tried placing an order through Flanigan's and gave up after about 15 minutes. The site was loading really slowly, and I couldn’t tell if I was missing something obvious or if it really was that hard to change items and check the cart. I ended up having to redo parts of the order more than once, which made me feel like maybe I was the problem.
Maybe it’s smoother for other people, but for me it was just frustrating. I only wanted to place a quick pickup order, and somehow it turned into a whole little project. I finally just called instead because I didn’t trust myself or the website at that point.

"Decent takeout, but the soggy fries hurt my soul"
I ordered takeout from Flanigan's it was fine — not amazing, not terrible, just kind of hanging out in the middle. The food was still warm when I picked it up, which was a win, but the fries were already soggy and I swear my excitement dropped like 90% on the spot. They also forgot one of the sauces, which felt way more tragic than it probably should have. Pickup was quick though, so I’ll give them that. Overall, not bad, but for the price, I was hoping for a little more magic.

They were helpful when I asked about gluten, which I appreciated, but the actual choices were just kind of limited. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a little disappointing. it feels like a preventable issue if they added a few more diet-friendly options.
